We keep the whole journey short and cold, and we are transparent about what we can and cannot do for your date and location.
Farm-direct sourcing
We work directly with growers, so stems are cut closer to peak and reach you without a long chain of hands. We buy at the source and pass the value on.
Quality and conditioning
Every bunch is graded on arrival, trimmed, and hydrated within hours. We cut to the right stage so flowers open in your cooler, not before they reach you.
Ordering windows
Two to three weeks ahead gives us the best hold on availability and pricing. We can often cover tighter dates - send yours and we confirm what is possible.
Delivery regions
We serve a confirmed area around our cooler, and exact service regions are confirmed with each quote. If you are outside it, we will say so plainly.
Pickup or delivery
Buyers near our cooler can set a pickup window. For delivery, we schedule a cold-chain route timed to your event or restock day.
Lead times
Lead time depends on variety, season, and volume. We give you a firm date before you commit - never a vague window that slips.
Substitutions
If a variety is short, we flag it early and suggest the closest color and stem-quality match. You approve any swap before we cut.
Cold-chain handling
Stems stay refrigerated from cut to delivery, with temperature checks along the route. Your order arrives fresh and ready to arrange.
